ABOUT TRIPLE CROWN HOME PREP

BUILT ON A FAMILY TRADITION. CREATED TO HELP PEOPLE.

Hi! I’m Jerry Rushing, the owner and operator of Triple Crown Home Prep. Triple Crown Home Prep is more than a home improvement company. It's the continuation of a family tradition that has been passed down through three generations. I've been around home improvement for as long as I can remember. My family has been involved in virtually every stage of building and improving homes, and along the way I developed not only the skills to work on a house, but a genuine appreciation for the people who call those houses home.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

A favor to a friend that turned into a mission.

The idea for Triple Crown Home Prep actually started when I helped a close friend prepare his home for sale.

His house had great potential, but it needed some painting, repairs, updates and other improvements before it could really show its best.

The problem was simple: he didn't have the funds available to make all of those improvements before putting the house on the market.

I decided to help him get the work done as a friendly favor, which he then offered to cover the time and materials cost once the house was sold. As we worked through the house, I started thinking about how much of a difference these improvements would make — not just in how the home looked, but also in how quickly it would sell and it's increased value.

And then I realized something:

How many other homeowners are in exactly the same position?

They know their home needs work.

They know those improvements could help them sell.

They may even know that spending a little money now could potentially make a significant difference in how their home presents to buyers - but they simply don't have the money available to do it before the sale.

That's when the idea for Triple Crown Home Prep and the Pay at Close program really came together.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY

WE BELIEVE THE RIGHT IMPROVEMENTS SHOULD BE
AN OPPORTUNITY — NOT AN OBSTACLE.

Triple Crown Home Prep was created around a simple idea:

Help homeowners make the improvements their property needs when they need them — and, when they qualify, give them an option to pay for those improvements at closing rather than having to come up with the full cost upfront.

Our Pay at Close program is at the heart of that mission.

It can help homeowners move forward with important painting, flooring, repairs, updates and other improvements that might otherwise have to wait.

But just as importantly, we don't b
elieve in telling homeowners to spend money simply because we can sell them a project.

We'll tell you what we think you should do — and what we think you shouldn't.

Every home is different. Sometimes a fresh coat of paint can make a bigger difference than an expensive renovation.

Sometimes a few repairs and strategic updates are all that's needed. And sometimes, the best advice is to leave something alone and save the money.

Our goal is to help you put your money where it matters most.
